Kornicis Group, the London-based bar and restaurant group with 17 sites, has undergone a management buy-in for undisclosed terms.
The deal sees Richard Stringer and Ian Banks, who previously held executive positions at Barracuda Group and Soho House respectively, buy the company from NBGI Private Equity. Stringer and Banks were backed by Isfield Investments.
The group's bars and restaurants are based primarily in the City of London and include the well-known brands, Jamies and Smollensky's.
