New World Trading is to open The Botanist cocktail bar at the Brewery Quarter in Cheltenham on 3 December, with the creation of 50 jobs.
A spokesperson said the Botanist will bring a 'secret garden of food and drink, in a spacious and airy spot in The Brewery Quarter'.
Also promised are botanical-infused cocktails, local gins, classic pub food, deli sharing boards and meat feasts. There will be vegan and dairy free dishes too.
The venue will also host live music and have a 'striking interior of walls adorned with flowers, trees and vines'.
Before this December launch, The Botanist will be opening on 26 November in Coventry.
The company has been awarded Best Pub Operations Team, Best Pub Employer (501+ employees), Best Drinks Offer and Business Leader of the Year in the 2018 Publican Awards.
It also scooped the Retailers’ Retailer Award 2018 for the fastest growing company.
