The Restaurant Group's Brunning & Price has just opened The Red Fox in Thornton Hough on the Wirral, the groups 52nd pub restaurant. The site was formerly known as The Grange, which had been a popular wedding venue.
The menu offers dishes such as Basil pannacotta with heritage tomato salad and black olive tapenade for a starter, Pan fried venison haunch with Dauphinoise potatoes, roast parsnip and blackberry jus for a main course, and for dessert ,Dark chocolate torte with pistachio praline and raspberry sorbet.
