NI burger chain to open site in Belfast

Dublin-based burger chain, Bunsen is set to open its first outlet in Belfast's city centre, according to The Belfast Telegraph.

The restaurant, which will be situated on the ground floor of Longbridge House on Waring Street, will seat approximately 70 diners.

The brand is one of Ireland’s most popular burger joints and offers a short, sharp menu of four Black Aberdeen Angus burgers, three types of fries and toppings of pickle, onion, lettuce, tomato, ketchup, mustard, and mayo. For beverages, there are soda, milkshake and beer.

Bunsen, which was founded by chef Tom Gleeson in 2013, currently operates five outlets in Ireland, four of which are located in the capital, and one is in Cork.
