The Fulham Shore plc has announced it is to acquire 99.04% Kefi Ltd, the owner of The Real Greek restaurant group and plans to launch on AIM.
Fulham Shore's directors believe that, supported by its company's resources, The Real Greek has the potential to grow from its current estate of seven sites to up to 40 restaurants in the UK.
The Real Greek is aiming to open its eighth restaurant in Berwick Street, Soho, London, in early 2015. The opening programme envisaged by the Directors contemplates one or two The Real Greek new restaurants per year.
