Wholesale giant, Costco is seeking permission from Wycombe District Council for a new cash and carry store in Cressex.
The proposed store opening would create 160 jobs, which could eventually rise to 250 jobs within three years.
Costco acquired the temporary park-and-ride site from the council and now want to hear from residents ahead of any development.
The company currently operates 27 stores situated from Aberdeen to Southampton.
