Black & White Hospitality is to launch Marco Pierre White Steakhouse Bar & Grill at the newly-built four-star DoubleTree by Hilton in Hull city cente
Opening its doors at the end of the year, the 140-cover restaurant will offer a menu exclusively curated by White featuring classic English and French dishes using the best locally sourced ingredients, as well as an extensive range of cocktails
Dishes includes a mix of childhood favourites and modern day delicacies – ranging from Classic Prawn Cocktail and Shepherd's Pie, to Freshly Dressed Crab and a selection of 35-day aged native breed steaks.
The DoubleTree by Hilton will be the first 4-star hotel to open in the city. It will boast 165 rooms with suites, a conference centre to host up to 1,000 guests, fitness centre and a roof-top bar.
