Owner of the UK’s largest franchised off-licence and convenience stores, Conviviality Retail Plc has revealed plans to open 82 new sites over the next year.
The company currently has a chain of 611 stores under six brand names including Bargain Booze, Booze Select Convenience, Thorougoods and Wine Rack.
Property agents, Innes England has been tasked with searching for the new locations across the Midlands.
Head of retail agency at Innes England, Ben Taylor said, 'We are thrilled to have secured what is a significant contract to deliver acquisitions across the wider Midlands area for Conviviality Retail.
'Conviviality wants to add 82 stores to its portfolio over the next 12 months and Innes England is tasked with finding stores in the wider Midlands, including Northamptonshire and Lincolnshire.
'Most of the new stores will be acquired by existing and successful franchisees of the group, for the Bargain Booze and Wine Rack formats.'
