Viva Brazil kicks off expansion with Birmingham opening next month

Award-winning authentic Brazilian-style steakhouse, Viva Brazil is looking to expand its chain of four restaurants with additional sites across the country.

The next site to open will be in Birmingham next month, and will be the chain's largest with 200 seats set across two floors and is situated on the site of former Indian restaurant, Isaacs.

The restaurant will be serving up 15 different kinds of meat like rump steak, pork with parmesan and chicken hearts, all slowly roasted over a charcoal barbeque.

It will also feature a salad bar, which will offer 20 choices of salad, vegetables, fruits, breads and sauces, as well as cold meats.

The bar will serve up traditional Brazilian Caipirinha - cachaça rum, freshly squeezed limes and sugar - among a range of cocktails and Latin American wines.
