Glendola look out for new sites as profits rise

Bar and restaurant operator Glendola Leisure, is planning to acquire more sites by the end of the year and is inclined to look at small group acquisitions as well.

The 18 strong group, who recently reported a 1.9% rise in pre-tax profit to £1.9m in the year to 31 March, said it is fully prepared for the future opportunities. Turnover also grew, this year by 14.9% thought to be from three acquisitions- two freeholds in Scotland and the lease of the Cricketers in Cobham, Surrey
