B&M Bargains, the chain of 444 discount stores, is to set up a 436,000 sq ft distribution centre at Midpoint 460 in Middlewich.
The news comes on the back of the budget retailer signing for a 350,000 sq ft warehouse in Runcorn, with an option to extend the unit by 100,000 sq ft.
B&M Bargains is one the fastest growing company's in the UK and reported an increase in group sales of 29.5% to £1.6bn for the last financial year.
