Le Bistrot Pierre is looking to expand its chain of 14 restaurants with further sites next year.
The company was established in 1994 and the restaurants offers provincial French cooking made with authentic, fresh ingredients.
The latest outlet to open this year is in the Oyster Wharf project in Mumbles, Swansea, and this followed an opening in Bath.
