Restaurant group Bistrot Pierre is to open in Southport next month, and a site in Coventry has been secured, which will open in summer 2018,
The 140-cover Bistrot Pierre Southport will open in Lord Street on 17 November.
The Coventry site is situated at Cathedral Lanes shopping centre, and will have 124 covers. Other sites in the pipeline include those in Preston and Worthing.
Founded in 1994, the firm secured £9.8m from private equity firm Livingbridge in 2015 to support its expansion plans. Bistrot Pierre currently operates 21 sites.
The chain offers Anglo-French dishes using ingredients sourced from local producers and artisan French producers and suppliers. Classic bistrot favourites feature across the menus alongside seasonal dishes.
