The 3rd Annual Foodservice Growth report, which is prepared by Alix Partners and EP Business in Hospitality, has listed Blue Apple at the number 12 spot with a leap of five places from 2014.
The report highlights the fastest growing independent foodservice companies in the UK. The top twenty listed companies consist of the most dynamic and best performing companies in the sector.
