Coffee roaster and casual dining restaurant operator, Caravan is to open a new eatery in the Bloomberg Arcade, the new foodie hub and the European headquarters of the news and financial data group, Bloomberg.
The group's fourth site, Caravan City will spread across three levels and will serve up newly created dishes and a brand new brunch menu when it opens in October.
A new all-day section of the menu will be have the heading 'fermented / raw and salads / grains'. Dishes will include fermented daikon, black salt & pickled ginger, and 'whipped morcilla, house roti & herbs'.
Along with a range of pizzas, there will be main plates like wagyu hanger steak with popped capers & anchovy-tarragon dressing.
There will also be a 'shrub station' where diners can create their own drinks. The bar will make up cocktails like espresso martinis and coffee negronis.
Caravan currently operates three sites: the original branch in Exmouth Market (pictured), King's Cross opened in 2012, and Bankside opened in 2016.
