Ex lawyer turned restaurateur Jamie Barber, who is also the founder of Hush, Villandry and Kitchen Italia is to open a new Brazilian BBQ restaurant at Central St Giles, London.
The new concept, called Cabana will be launched by Barber and Momo’s co founder David Ponte at a 3,430sq ft site alongside Jamie Oliver’s first Union Jacks restaurant. The menu for Cabana will serve ‘urban and contemporary Brazilian food’ with a ‘funky, barbeque feel’.
