Youthful Marriott hotel brand, Moxy is set to be built in the grounds of the National Exhibition Centre complex in Solihull, West Midlands.
Dutch hotel investment group, Vastint Hospitality is behind the opening and has unveiled plans to open its latest UK hotel close to the centre's main entrance and Pendigo Lake.
The proposed development will be eight storeys tall and have 224 bedrooms along with a bar, gym and library.
For this project Vastint Hospitality is partnering with Norwegian firm, Belvar, a hotel management company that is currently operating Marriott hotels under a franchise agreement.
