The Collective is to develop a 263-bedroom co-living scheme in Chatfield Road, Battersea, SW11, its second scheme in the borough.
The company has worked with Assael Architecture for a hybrid long-stay shared living and short-stay hotel development.
The new site will feature 182 shared living rooms for single occupancy, with minimum contracts of six months. A further 81 short-stay hotel bedrooms will offer stays of up to three months.
The Battersea development will also include 16,300 sq ft of amenity space, with a communal kitchen, and a dedicated culture and event space.
The Collective team can bring corporate or private events to life in the spaces, from design support to menu customisation.
