Mayfair hotel to launch brunch menu

Café Biltmore Restaurant & Terrace, at The Biltmore Mayfair hotel, is launching the Biltmore Brunch menu on 9 October, to be available every Saturday.

Guests can enjoy Mayfair turning autumnal from the large, semi-open, heated terrace, surrounded by the foliage covered walls whilst tucking into brunch classics and signature dishes.

From breakfast favourites to seasonal specials, Michelin-starred, Jason Atherton and Executive chef, Paul Walsh, have created the ultimate brunch menu for anyone looking for their new neighbourhood spot in Mayfair.

For a more leisurely brunch experience, Café Biltmore offers a two-course or three-course brunch menu available from 11am to 5pm, focussed on indulgent yet refined options.

Those with a sense of adventure, The Confit duck leg comes with kimchi and a fried Clarence Court egg atop an English muffin, whilst Clarence court eggs also take pride of place in the Biltmore Benedict, and Florentine Royale to make you feel you have escaped Mayfair for Milan, however briefly!

For a sweeter start to the day, choose the Buttermilk Pancakes with vanilla cream, berries and maple syrup or tuck into timeless all-day favourites, the Croque Monsieur or Madame, served with a house salad. For those with a bigger appetite, the menu will also feature favourites such as Fried calamari, two-day aged Sourdough pizzas, and the signature Buttermilk chicken burger.

Those wanting to draw out brunch for as long as they can, desserts are a retro finish with a Knickerbocker glory or a Crème brulee with Tahitian vanilla and caramelised apple compote.

For 90 minutes, brunchers can also add free-flowing bubbles to their day for £25 per person when eating two courses or more, whilst bottomless Mojitos and Bloody Marys are £18 per person. The usual wine and cocktail menu is also available to suit any other preferences.

At brunch, Café Biltmore will be showcasing some of London’s greatest musical talents, kicking off with London’s number one roaming band, The Travelling Hands – guaranteed to make Saturday mornings the new Saturday night.

The Biltmore Brunch menu has been designed with catch ups with friends and family in mind, and everyone is guaranteed to find something, they will love on the menu. Ideally located a stone’s throw from Oxford Street, Bond Street and Regent Street, as well as upmarket Marylebone, those after a great brunch before hitting the surrounding shopping districts need look no further.

Paul Walsh, Executive Chef, commented, “Weekends are made for brunch and our menu is guaranteed to have a dish everyone will want to eat on it. The Biltmore Brunch offers the ideal occasion to meet, whilst enjoying good food, drinks, and live music.”
