Bravo Inns secure two more sites

Warrington based pub operated Bravo Inns, lines up the opening of two more sites to add to its current portfolio of 33 community pubs.

The company, which is led by Ken Buckley and backed by private equity firm Albion Ventures, is also currently refurbishing The Black Horse in Warrington and The Red Lion, in Leigh, Lancashire. Five of the last eight sites the company has bought have been under £100,000 and it is thought the two new sites which are currently in legals also cost around £100,000.

Bravo Inns achieved a like-for-like sales increase of just under 2% between the start of 2013 and its year-end in March.
