Smoke Haus to open fourth site in Bristol next year


American-style barbecue restaurant, The Smoke Haus, is opening its fourth site in Bristol city centre.

The ‘burgers-and-ribs’ brand will open on the ground floor of Colston Tower next year.

The menu will include The Big Bertha, which is made from three (8oz) stacked high cheese burgers, topped with jalapeños, smoked streaky bacon, fried onions and coated in burger sauce all served with lettuce, tomatoes, red onions and skin on fries.

Founders Mark Power and Jayne Mall opened the first Smoke Haus in Swansea in 2012, expanded with a Cardiff restaurant in 2014, and then opened in Birmingham.
