The Smoke Haus opens second site


After the success of The Smoke Haus in Swansea, the brand has just opened its second site, this time in Cardiff. The 6,000 sq ft restaurant can accommodate 212 people.

The Welsh city has seen a rise in popularity of American dining and The Smoke Haus specialises in BBQ ribs, burgers, steaks and foot-long hot dogs.

The menu offers hearty dishes, such as the Philly cheese steak, a 24 oz steak, the Big Bertha burger (with five stacked cheeseburgers) and The Smoke Haus Threesome which brings together pulled pork, slow cooked brisket and salami.

Mark Power set up the first Smoke Haus in Swansea two years ago. He said, “We’ve had a great success in Swansea and I thought it was time to bring The Smoke Haus to the capital city.'
