SushiDog announce two new openings and 2024 opening pipeline

SushiDog, a fast-service sushi roll restaurant, has revealed its plans to expand with two more locations in central London, in addition to a larger kiosk at the recently inaugurated Westfield shopping center in Shepherd's Bush on August 8th.

The forthcoming permanent establishment will welcome customers on Baker Street starting from August 29th, followed by another site on The Strand at the close of September. These new take-away eateries will join the existing four outlets already operating in Soho, Covent Garden, Bishopsgate, and Westfield.

The two upcoming locations, along with the expanded kiosk at Westfield, will mirror the current grab-and-go concept and introduce the brand-new menu introduced across the chain on August 9th. This refreshed menu showcases a variety of Asian-inspired salads, alongside the signature sushi rolls and bowls. Customers can indulge in novel offerings like the Asian Chicken Salad, Yuzu Truffle Tuna Salad, Signature Salmon Roll, and Teriyaki Chicken Roll, along with the opportunity to create their own combinations, including options like sticky soy cauliflower and yuzu sour cream.

SushiDog Co-Founder Greg Ilsen says: “We are excited to bring our rolls, bowls and salads to two new central London locations, offering local office workers, residents and visitors in the area a healthy and vibrant meal. Over the past 5 years, we have built a loyal brand following which has gone from strength to strength. We can’t wait to start this next chapter in our journey, whilst we continue to thrive and seek out opportunities for future growth.”

SushiDog was established in August 2017 by Greg Ilsen and Nick Goldstein, making its debut at a kiosk in Westfield Shepherd's Bush in May 2018, followed by its first physical location in Covent Garden in 2020.

Beyond the confirmed new central London spots, SushiDog is actively developing a series of additional stores, targeting another four locations in 2024.
