Graze set for £300m sale

Healthy delivered snack firm, Nature Delivered Ltd, trading as Graze, is being lined up for a £300m sale by private equity firm, Carlyle, according to The Sunday Telegraph.

Graze mail boxes offers nuts, dried fruits, dips, olives and seeds, flapjacks, cakes, popcorn, and natural treats. The company was founded in 2007 and is based in Richmond.

Carlyle, which has just sold health foods retailer Holland & Barrett for £1.8bn to Russian billionaire Mikhail Fridman’s L1 vehicle, took a majority stake in Graze in 2012, valued at approximately £50m.
