Education catering company, Pabulum has reported positive financial results with turnover exceeding £23m for 2014/2015.
For the period, the group secured catering contracts at over 20 schools with new business sales of £2.4m. These include school groups, sixth-form colleges and individual schools.
The most recent contract wins include a three-year deal with Park Federation, which is made up of six schools, worth £1.1m in annual turnover. Also, the group won a five-year deal with Blackfen School for Girls worth £374k in annual turnover, and with Herts Regional College worth £558k in turnover per year.
