Education specialist group, Pabulum has secured 27 new catering openings in the last 12 months, which are worth over £15m.
The caterer has clinched a new deal with Tetherdown Consortium, which includes nine primary schools in the Borough of Haringey, North London. The new three-year contract is worth £3.3m and will see Pabulum catering for over 3,300 pupils and staff.
The company’s first seven-year contract began last month with Queens Park Community School in Brent, London NW6, where the team is providing over 1,200 meals a day.
All of Pabulum's school meals are produced on site, from scratch, using fresh, nutritionally balanced ingredients.
