The Peach Pub Company is to open a boutique hotel next to its Edgbaston pub and restaurant this month, after securing a new £9.5m funding package.
The pub operator opened The High Field venue (pictured) in Highfield Road in 2014.
Joe Garthwaite, Peach Finance Director, said, “We are very selective about the pubs we add to the Peach family as it grows and the revolving credit facility from NatWest means we can move quickly when our dream pubs become available.”

Peach Pub, which launched in a Warwick pub in 2005, also runs The One Elm in Stratford and Star & Garter in Leamington Spa as part of a 17-strong portfolio of sites.
