Fetch enters events arena with Wycombe Wanderers

Wycombe Wanderers are thrilled to have teamed up with Fetch to offer fans at Adams Park the opportunity to order food, drink and merchandise via a brand-new app, hugely reducing queue times around the stadium.

Supporters will be able to place their order using the Fetch app – or scan a QR code to use AppClips (iOS) or Instant Apps (Android) – and receive a notification when it’s ready to collect from the pick-up points in each corner of the stadium, as well as the concourses in the Frank Adams Stand.

The partnership with Fetch is the latest innovation to be rolled out at Adams Park ahead of the return of fans for the 2021/22 season, alongside state-of-the-art in-bowl wifi, digital advertising screens and a new giant display screen.

Wanderers’ Chief Commercial Officer, Neil Peters said, “We know there’s nothing more annoying than missing a goal or key moment while you’re queuing for your food at the kiosk, so we’re delighted to welcome Fetch into the Wycombe family and provide a fantastic solution.

“The new wifi installation makes it possible for any fan with a smartphone to place their order, continue to enjoy the game from their seat, and then just pop to the pick-up point when it’s ready to collect.

“This takes away cash transactions, reduces queue times, and also provides a far smoother process for our catering team to enable them to produce food to the highest standard. It also gives us the opportunity to sell merchandise during the game for the first time.

“I’d like to thank Alex Harman at Fetch for bringing this fantastic app to Wycombe Wanderers and we’re excited to see it in action for the first time next season.”

Alex Harman, the son of former Wanderers star Andrew, said, “Wycombe Wanderers have always played a special part in my family and the team at Fetch are delighted to be working with the club and its fans.

“We’ve enjoyed great success with Fetch at a number of restaurants and catering outlets, and look forward to helping Wycombe provide a better experience for its fans when it comes to enjoying their food and drink within the stadium.”
