Grazing announces new Chef Director

“Sebastian Price, Chef Director”
Grazing, a specialist in office and venue catering, has recently appointed Sebastian Price as Chef Director, introducing a new role within the company.

In this new position, Price will assume greater responsibility for Grazing's overall operations beyond the kitchen, expanding his involvement to encompass front-of-house activities. This will involve overseeing aspects such as recruitment, team training, service, operations, and logistics.

In addition to collaborating with the company's chefs to craft menus for Grazing's clients, Price will also supervise the entire delivered-in catering service, ensuring a seamless flow from the production kitchen to the customer's plate at various client sites.

Sebastian Price joined Grazing last year, initially serving as the Executive Chef. Prior to this role, he held the position of Executive Chef at Food+ by Compass, located at the Google headquarters in London. His previous experiences include serving as the Executive Head Chef for Sodexo's Publicis White City site, as well as taking on roles such as Development and Executive Chef for BaxterStorey's south and south-west region, and Executive Chef for Amazon.

Sam Hurst, chief grazing officer, said: “We’ve had an incredible year, largely down to the efforts of so many of our talented team. Seb has played a pivotal role in the development of our offer and we wanted to recognise this through the introduction of our first ever chef director role.

“This role also means we are able to build more strength in depth for our team, positioning us well for further growth.”
