German owned pizza and pasta chain Vapiano, is seeing double-digit like-for-like sales growth at its two London sites. Headed up by Phil Sermon in the UK, the company are now continuing with their plans for rapid expansion in London after deciding it has an offer “that seems to appeal to the UK consumer” based on value-for-money and a “fresh, bespoke” offer. It was also reported that Vapiano is set to launch a privilege card next year, which will offer a range of benefits, including visiting other Vapiano sites around the world.
