    Building starts on new £16m sports complex for Cambridge University


    Bedford contractor SDC Builders has just started the first phase of Cambridge University’s sports centre. The £16m domed complex will contain a main sports hall, a weights room, five squash courts and a fitness suite. Two further phases are planned, subject to funding, to provide indoor and outdoor tennis courts and a 50 metre swimming pool.
