Incipio Group has revealed plans to open four food and drink venues at Olympia London.
The exhibition and events centre in West London, originally constructed in the late 1800s, is currently undergoing a £1.3 billion redevelopment, with reopening scheduled for October 2025.
Incipio’s four new venues will span 40,000 square feet, accounting for nearly half of all food and beverage outlets at Olympia.
The revamped Olympia is projected to draw approximately 10 million visitors each year and will include a 4,000-capacity music venue alongside London’s largest new theatre in five decades.
Incipio’s four new concepts—Arbour, Wolves of Tokyo, Lillie’s, and Juno—will open in phases starting October 2025, adding to the group’s existing portfolio that includes The Prince, Pergola on the Roof, and The Libertine.
Arbour will be a two-level bar seating 540 guests, with room for 1,100 standing, and its open rooftop will host four distinct food concepts.
Wolves of Tokyo will be a Japanese restaurant and cocktail bar offering seating for 300 guests, plus an additional 125 on its rooftop.
Lillie’s will be a rooftop restaurant boasting panoramic views, serving small plates alongside English sparkling wine and Champagne to 250 guests.
Juno is poised to become the largest Italian restaurant in the UK, offering all-day dining with seating for up to 252 guests across 11,000 sq ft.
Ed Devenport, chief executive of Incipio Group, said the venues “represent our most ambitious and diverse project to date”.
He said: “We’ve crafted four distinct concepts that celebrate the best of global food culture while offering something truly special for London. Olympia gives us the perfect platform to deliver unforgettable experiences at scale.”
Managing partner at Yoo CapitalL Lloyd Lee, part of the ownership group behind Olympia, added: “When we first began building the vision for Olympia, we made a commitment to showcase young energetic British companies like Incipio, who represent a bold new generation of visionary British culinary entrepreneurs, creating original new concepts, menus and experiences for Londoners and visitors from further afield.
“On behalf of Olympia, we are very proud to be showcasing Incipio’s bespoke new bars and restaurants, which visitors will only be able to experience right here, at Olympia. A colourful mix of cuisines, concepts and experiences to ensure Olympia offers something for everyone.'
