Mexican casual restaurant operator, Chipotle, is about to launch its third UK site in London's Wardour Street, Soho. The US group already has fast food eateries in Baker Street (pictured) and Charing Cross Road. The chain, known for its burritos and tacos and using local produce, wants to use London as a gateway to Europe. The company currently has more than 1100 locations in the US, with restaurants in 41 states. Its net income in 2010 was US$178 million, and it has a staff of 26,500 employees.
