London’s St. Paul’s is set for a delicious boost with the opening of Market Place, the popular food hall, launching its newest spot on Cheapside at the end of May.
Spanning 6,834 square feet, this foodie haven is opening in the heart of London’s financial district, just steps away from St Paul’s Cathedral. It’s the perfect spot for city workers and tourists to enjoy dishes from nine incredible vendors offering flavours from South America, Thailand, Greece, and beyond.
Featuring two lively bars serving craft beers, classic cocktails, and unique signature drinks that’ll help you forget the office grind, along with an exciting DJ lineup and an event schedule starting with comedy nights, Market Place St Paul’s is far more than just a lunch destination. It’s the vibrant day-to-night hub the City has been eagerly waiting for.
Spread over two floors, Market Place St Paul’s blends industrial chic with fun, creative design touches. The ground floor features a lively atmosphere where a monochrome pathway leads you past vibrant food stalls and a neon-lit bar. A variety of seating options ensures the perfect spot for every occasion.
Head down to the basement for a cosy, intimate vibe, complete with dark wood panelling and warm amber lighting. Relax in comfortable green booths or enjoy a friendly game of pool on one of the full-size tables.
Blake Henderson, Managing Director of Market Place, said: “St Paul’s is the prime location to tap into the growing trend of casual, relaxed food hall dining. The City is renowned for its fast pace; the new opening offers an escape from the hustle and bustle, offering flexibility to consumers. By bringing together a diverse mix of cuisines under one roof, every preference can be met.
We’re thrilled to be opening our doors in May and working with some incredible food brands to give the Square Mile a vibrant new destination for amazing food, great drinks and incredible entertainment.”
Looking forward, the group is exploring opportunities in the Middle East and beyond. To support its global expansion, the brand has partnered with Dubai-based strategic advisor David Singleton.
