Village Urban Resorts to open £20m Bristol hotel


Village Urban Resorts is to open a new 153-bedroom hotel - a £20m investment - in Bristol this November.

Creating 100 jobs, the 'business class' hotel will be situated at the new 60-acre business park, Horizon38.

The 'business class' hotel is seven storeys high, will have 153 bedrooms, a business and events hub, and a fitness club with a swimming pool, bar and restaurant.

Founded in 1995, Village Hotels operates 29 hotels across the UK, and is now owned by Denver-based private equity firm, KSL Capital Partners.
