Thai restaurant operator, Busaba Eathai is opening a new 5,418 sq ft venue at Liverpool ONE on Hanover Street on 29 February, which will be its second site outside London.
Liverpool ONE has seen catering sales at the shopping and leisure complex rise 12.5% for 2015 compared to the previous year, which bodes well for the new Busaba.
Prior to the Liverpool launch, Busaba is launching in Manchester at The Printworks next Monday on 18 January.
Busaba Eathai was first opened in 1999 in London’s Soho and now operates 12 sites across London, including in the O2 and Westfield Stratford City.
