London-based Thai restaurant chain, Busaba Eathai has launched a delivery brand, Katsu Kitchen, in London E14, through Deliveroo Editions.
Katsu Kitchen specialises in the much-loved Japanese favourite - curry marinated chicken breats, which is coated in panko breadcrumbs, and there are also vegetable-based vegan options. The chicken comes served on rice, roti or avocado.
For sides, there is Kitchen Slaw, Asian Broccoli, and Sweet Potato Fries with sriracha mayo, and Sticky Chilli Hot Wings.
Katsu Kitchen is operating from four kitchens based in Islington, Battersea, Peckham and Blackwall.
Busaba Eathai closed its St Albans restaurant, the only remaining site outside of London, in June, so the focus is now entirely on the capital.
