As Alan Yau's Thai casual eating brand celebrates its 15th birthday, the largest Busaba Eathai yet is about to open in London's E1 tomorrow, seating over 160.
The new venue will offer the usual Busaba menu and offer two large terraces and a new Thai Kinnaree Bar, which will feature new cocktails exclusive to the Shoreditch Busaba.
This will be the London group's 13th restaurant and comes hot on the heels of a Greenwich opening in December.
