Thai restaurant group Busaba Eathai is set to open a new 135 cover restaurant in Kingston Upon Thames, Surrey.
The restaurant will feature new dishes including Isaan grilled pork and new desserts which were trialled at Busaba pop up at a street food site in London.
They were each developed by Executive Chef Jude Sangsida, inspired after a recent visit to Thailand.
The new restaurant, due to open next month, will be the group’s 11th site which also has nine other sites in London and one in Bicester Village, Oxfordshire.
