The City Pub Group is to open The Market House in Reading on 26 July, following a major refurbishment, with another four new sites in the pipeline.
The Reading inn will offer a bar and will feature a food hall incorporating street food traders, and rooftop bar, as well as 24 guest bedrooms.
Next up, City Pub Group has submitted plans to convert the Grade II-listed building, formerly a Prezzo and originally a Lloyds Bank, into a pub and hotel.
The company had 34 pubs when it floated on AIM at the end of 2017 and has since jumped to 45.
By the summer of 2021, City Pub Group want to have added another 15-20 pubs, taking the total number to around 65.
