Victor Manufacturing, one of the UK’s leading food service and retail equipment suppliers, has bolstered its UK-based team with the appointment of a new commercial manager.
Bringing a wealth of knowledge from the catering industry, Hayley Dean has joined Victor’s customer service team following her previous role at CS Catering Equipment, where she worked for 11 years, four as general manager.
Dean will now be responsible for the internal sales office and customer support processes at the Bradford-based manufacturer.
Michael Inwood, sales director, said, “We have very ambitious growth plans over the next five years, and being able to offer industry leading customer service is vital to these expansion plans.
'Hayley’s experience and knowledge of the industry is a key element that will ensure our customers feel in safe hands. We’re very excited to welcome Hayley to the team and look forward to working with her to grow the department and the business.”
Dean said, “I can’t wait to get stuck into the new role, I am very familiar with Victor’s products having sold them for a number of years and I look forward to engaging with our distributors over the coming weeks.”
Celebrating its 75th anniversary in October 2019, Victor specialises in the manufacture and supply of food service equipment to some of the UK’s largest companies and groups in a variety of sectors, including education, care, public sector, hospitality, contract catering and retail. The firm employs 120 staff over three facilities in Bradford.
