Providing a platform for up and coming chefs to showcase their skills, Craft Guild of Chefs Major Series is an annual competition hosted by Major International and The Craft Guild of Chefs.

A New Skills Class has been introduced for 2020 to test contestants’ plating techniques, their use of flavour and their understanding of major bases

The 2020 Major Series will take place around the country from 9th January until 24th March and is open to junior and senior chefs of varying skill levels.
