Upmarket catering firm, Peyton and Byrne has won a £36m 8-year contract extension to cater at the National Gallery in London following 9 years at the site.
Peyton and Byrne's team will continue to operate at the gallery's two restaurants, two cafes, plus a private dining room, with plans to redesign and develop new concepts for the National Cafe (pictured).
The caterer currently operates at the Royal Academy, the Wallace Collection, the British Library, and the Royal Botanic Gardens Kew.
