Harry Ramsden, the iconic UK brand, has partnered with Genting Malaysia to open at its exclusive Resorts World Genting, Genting Highlands.
The integrated resort, perched on the peak of Mount Ulu Kali, has welcomed 26 million visitors last year and is renowned for its world class choice of hotels, shopping malls, theme parks, restaurants and casinos.
Opening today (31 January 2019), this latest addition to the Harry Ramsden's chain is also the brand's first ever opening in Malaysia.
The Laughing Fish by Harry Ramsden, a concept created specially for Resorts World, embodies all that is loved by the British and envied by the world when it comes to a traditional English pub experience.
Guests will be offered an authentic taste of Britain in a setting where the heritage and provenance of Britain’s longest established restaurant brand will be celebrated both in the décor and on the plate.
For guests on the move, the outlet also features a separate Harry Ramsden takeaway counter which will serve freshly cooked fish & chips to customers enjoying a stroll along the Resort’s HighLine boulevard.
Unmistakably British interiors at The Laughing Fish by Harry Ramsden complement a menu packed with classic British dishes, including full English breakfast and traditional Sunday Roast, all served with Harry’s own twist. Taking pride of place on the menu are, of course, the signature Fish and Chips which have made Harry’s name world famous.
