De Vere is to sell the Village Urban Resorts chain of 25 hotels to US private equity firm KSL Capital Partners for about £490m.
The 25 hotels are based predominantly in and around major cities. There are four Village Urban Resorts in the West Midlands: Coventry, Dudley, Solihull and Walsall.
KSL Capital Partners owns the Belfry golf course and hotel near Sutton Coldfield.
