French restaurant chain, Le Bistrot Pierre is to open its 15th venue this Spring on Gas Street in Birmingham.
Situated in a Grade II listed building on the city’s bustling canalside, the new bistrot is close to The Mailbox, Birmingham's most stylish shopping destination.
All of the dishes are freshly prepared, using a mix of artisan provincial ingredients and carefully selected locally sourced ingredients, in the style of typical continental bistrots.
Open seven days a week serving lunch and dinner, the brand offers a two-course prix-fixe lunch, a two-course pre-theatre menu, and an evening à la carte menu. There is also a gluten-free menu and a children's menu.
Le Bistrot Pierre was established as a single franchise restaurant in 1994 by school friends Robert Beacham and John Whitehead (pictured).
The company secured a £9.8m investment from Livingbridge private equity business to open the Birmingham site and the next outlet, which will be in Swansea.
