Le Bistrot Pierre has announced that it will be opening in Weston-super-Mare this summer.
Located on Beach Road, the chain's 16th site has panoramic views across the bay, beach and Grand Pier. The firm intends to make best use of these views by installing new large, floor-to-ceiling windows – allowing for a truly memorable dining experience.
The new restaurant will seat approximately 180 diners with plans for a large bar area downstairs, extensive outside terraced areas and a balcony for customers to enjoy the views and French cuisine by the sea.
Building work is set to commence, and by renovating an existing beach-side restaurant the company hopes to bring a certain ‘je ne sais quoi’ to the town’s thriving restaurant scene.
