Yum! Brands-owned Mexican fast food chain, Taco Bell, is said to be planning an expansion drive in the UK.
The company currently operates five UK concession outlets in Sheffield, Lakeside, Basildon, Arndale, and Manchester, and is now looking to double the size of its estate this year.
Taco Bell is one of the largest quick service restaurant brands in the US, selling more than two billion tacos and 1.5 billion burritos a year.
The group has 250 international units, but plans to be adding 1,300 more, primarily in Europe, Latin America, and Asia.
