WeWork moves beyond London with Manchester signing

Global co-working group, WeWork has signed its first UK site beyond London, taking around 60,000 sq ft at Allied London's No. 1 Spinningfields in Manchester.

The building is the tallest commercial building to be built in Manchester in the last 50 years and is situated at the heart of the Spinningfields business and leisure quarter.

It will be the 20th WeWork to be announced in the UK, where the company already has 14 open locations in London, which are home to over 15,000 members.

With over 140 locations across 15 countries and 45 cities around the world, WeWork offers space to over 120,000 global members.

WeWork's shared office spaces offer high speed internet, support staff, and free unlimited micro-roasted coffee, tea, fruit water, and beer. Catered lunches and events are also available.
