The Dining Room, which serves exquisite British food within the luxurious setting of The Goring, is delighted to have retained its Michelin star under the superb direction of Executive Chef, Richard Galli.
Commenting on the announcement, Galli said, “I’m truly proud to be leading such a phenomenal team. Being appointed to executive chef earlier this year brought with it the challenge of maintaining the highest levels of service and cookery our guests and Michelin have come to expect, so this recognition is a wonderful endorsement and we are all thrilled”.
Appointed as Executive Chef earlier this year, Galli joined The Dining Room as Head Chef in July 2017. Dedicated to using only the finest UK seasonal produce his dishes marry perfectly with The Goring’s impeccably English ethos, while complementing the elegant surroundings of The Dining Room.
Working alongside Galli, and completing the team, are Restaurant Manager Devid Isabella and Head Sommelier Jean-Baptiste Lemoine.
